**Key Responsibilities:**

**Required Skills:**

– Proven experience as a Cook or in a similar role in a hospitality setting.

– Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen equipment.

– Ability to create and execute dishes from various cuisines based on menu requirements.

– Excellent time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

– Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.

– Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.

**Qualifications:**

– Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification.

– Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a professional kitchen.

– Food safety and hygiene certification (e.g., Food Handling Certificate).

– Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

– Basic knife skills and familiarity with a variety of cooking techniques.

– A commitment to continuous improvement and professional development in culinary practices.
