● Engage with diverse stakeholder groups, taking the time to understand their needs, challenges and what is not working in current systems and processes

● Support project managers to develop detailed plans and business cases, including financial analysis, resourcing and risk considerations

● Produce accurate and meaningful project financial reports and dashboards to inform decision-making and strategic alignment

● Lead improvements in tools and processes that strengthen project capability and organisational outcomes

● Manage project risk and resolve issues with a solutions-focused and collaborative approach

● Build a strong reputation of trust and credibility with internal and external partners

Your skills and attributes

To be successful, you will need to possess and demonstrate:

● Proven experience in program and/or project management in a complex environment

● A strong stakeholder engagement approach with the ability to collaborate, negotiate and influence across diverse groups

● Strong analytical and financial management skills, able to interpret and report on project and budget performance

● A continuous improvement mindset and the ability to design processes and tools that are fit for purpose

● Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining quality outcomes

● High-level written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to bring clarity to complex information

● A calm, constructive, and problem-solving leadership style when navigating challenging conversations and situations

● Adaptability and resilience working in a growing, evolving organisation

● Tertiary qualification in project/program management or a related field is desirable
