Your New Role
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Manager Digital Delivery leads the organisation’s digital services, ICT systems, data management and cyber security posture. This is a hands-on, collaborative role working across all functions of the business to ensure digital solutions are practical, secure, fit-for-purpose and aligned with organisational strategy.
You will manage outsourced IT providers, lead digital and data-related projects, and provide strategic advice to senior leaders on digital risk, innovation (including AI), and technology direction. Success in this role relies on strong communication, influencing and negotiation skills, and the ability to bring people on the journey in a complex stakeholder environment. More specifically, you will:
● Lead ICT, digital services, data management and cyber security across the organisation.
● Deliver digital and data projects on time, on budget and in line with governance and compliance requirements.
● Develop and implement ICT policies, frameworks and digital strategy.
● Manage outsourced IT services and vendor performance.
● Act as system owner for core business applications, ensuring data protection and business continuity.
● Partner with stakeholders across all business functions to design effective digital, future focused solutions.
● Provide clear advice, reporting and briefings to the CEO, COO and Board.
What You’ll Bring
● Demonstrated experience in ICT, digital delivery and information management, ideally gained from within a SME or not-for-profit environment.
● Strong project management capability.
● Previous experience working across diverse stakeholder groups and business functions.
● Understanding of cyber security, data governance and compliance requirements.
● Well-developed communication, collaboration, negotiation and influencing skills.
● Relevant tertiary qualifications (preferred).
