Mansutti Bros has been delivering quality powder coating finishes out of Melbourne’s inner west for over five decades. What the job actually looks like
You’ll be working on our powder coating line – unloading, prepping, loading, packing, and keeping things moving. It’s hands-on, it’s physical, and a lot of it is repetitive. That’s not a disclaimer – for the right person, that’s the appeal. There’s a real satisfaction in mastering a process, owning your section of the line, and watching a consistent, quality result come through shift after shift.
Fridays finish at 1pm. If you’ve ever beaten the traffic out of the city on a long weekend, you’ll know exactly what that feels like.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Unloading materials from the automatic line for packing.
- Prepping surfaces for coating — cleaning and quality checking.
- Loading materials onto coating lines to schedule and spec.
- Checking and organising incoming goods.
- Operating a forklift (if you hold a licence).
- Keeping your workspace tidy, safe, and ready for the next job.
- Following safety protocols – every time, without cutting corners.

Monday – Thursday: 7:00am – 3:30pm
Friday: 7:00am – 1:00pm
