About the Role
We are looking for a HR Advisor to join our national team and play a key role in driving high-performance, promoting culture, and delivering a meaningful employee experience for our people. Joining a well-respected and collaborative team, but with the opportunity to act as the standalone HR contact for your office, you’ll work closely with our Principal Lawyers and leaders in Sydney to ensure the delivery of best-practice people strategies.

- Contribute to strategic national HR projects and support the delivery of our broader people strategy.
This is a part-time role (3 days per week). We’re open to flexibility in how those hours are worked, including across three full days or four shorter days.
About You
You’re a confident, people-first HR professional with the ability to think strategically and execute effectively. You have:
- A degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in a fast-paced, professional services environment (or similar).
- A strong understanding of contemporary HR practices.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- A collaborative approach and genuine passion for people development.
