About the Opportunity
We’re on the lookout for a talented Associate to join our Commercial team in Adelaide, working closely with Principal, Hamish Archibald together with a highly skilled team. Hamish’s practice spans commercial transactions, real estate, leasing, business and share sales, land acquisitions and commercial documentation, with deep industry experience in health, aged care, retirement
living, manufacturing and franchising.
This is a dynamic role where no two days are ever the same. You’ll work on a variety of matters
including:
- business and share sale transactions and related due diligence.
- land acquisition, development work and commercial/retail leasing.
- drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements across multiple sectors.
If you’re proactive, commercially minded and enjoy working closely with clients, this role offers the chance to grow your skills in a supportive, hands‑on environment.
About You
You’ll ideally bring:
- At least 3 years PQE in commercial and/ or property law.
- Experience in the health, aged care or retirement living industries is desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
- Ability to deliver clear and commercial tailored advice.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging directly with clients.
- A commitment to delivering outstanding client service.
