Summary

We are seeking a reliable, motivated, and hardworking Farm Hand to support the day‑to‑day operations across our farms. This hands‑on role involves a wide range of duties including pruning, irrigation maintenance and repairs, spot spraying, pest and rodent control, and general farm upkeep.

You will be exposed to a diverse variety of tasks, such as:

  • General farm labouring (planting, pruning, orchard maintenance)
  • Irrigation system repairs and monitoring
  • Spot spraying and pest control activities
  • Basic machinery and equipment operation
  • General repairs, maintenance, and problem‑solving across the farm

No two days are the same, and the role is ideal for someone who enjoys practical outdoor work and contributing to a productive team environment.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is reliable, self‑motivated and demonstrates a “can‑do, will‑do” attitude
  • Can work independently and as part of a team
  • Is flexible to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, and weekends (as required by seasonal demands)
  • Takes pride in working safely and efficiently

Key Selection Criteria

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Ability to undertake physically demanding work in a safe and capable manner
  • Willingness to work in and around the Bundaberg region
  • Current driver’s licence and reliable transport
  • Strong understanding of WHS requirements and safe work practices
  • ACDC Certificate – desirable
  • HR licence or forklift licence – desirable
