You will inherit the legacy of Mr. Miyagi while having the freedom to innovate and shape the future. This role is perfect for a culinary leader who thrives on creativity, mentorship, and high-pressure environments, while delivering immaculate food quality and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities – Lead and inspire the kitchen team across all M-Hospitality brands – – Develop and evolve menus, maintaining consistent quality, presentation, and portioning – – Oversee offsite catering and large-scale events, ensuring exceptional experiences – – Manage kitchen budgets, purchasing, and stock control – – Mentor, train, and empower your team to deliver at their highest level – – Maintain impeccable standards of food safety, hygiene, and OH&S compliance – – Collaborate with front of house and senior management to create a workplace where people love to show up What We’re Looking For – Minimum 5 years of trade experience with relevant culinary qualifications – – Exceptional leadership and people management skills – – Creativity and flair, with a passion for pushing culinary boundaries – – Strong operational and problem-solving abilities – – Experience in high-volume, high-profile environments is a huge advantage Why Join Us This isn’t just a kitchen job.
