What We’re Looking For
You’re a passionate stylist who wants more than just a chair — you want a team, a future, and a space where you can thrive.
Must-Haves:
Cert III in Hairdressing
At least 5 years of salon experience
Full Australian working rights
Confidence in blonding, root fades, styling, and client consultations
Positive attitude, reliability, and great communication
Bonus Points:
Your Day-to-Day:
Creating blonde magic and colour corrections
Styling and cutting with intention
Applying and maintaining extensions (training provided)
Delivering friendly customer service and realistic but warm consultations
Keeping your workspace tidy
Building lasting client relationships
