About the role

This is a hands-on role suited to someone with strong experience in Home Care Package (HCP) / Support at Home claiming, who is confident working across systems including PRODA.

Due to Luxe Care’s continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a friendly, reliable and experienced finance professional to work collaboratively with a fantastic team of dedicated individuals who go above and beyond to ensure an exceptional client journey. You will play a key role in ensuring claiming processes run smoothly, client data is accurate, and funding aligns correctly across systems.

Reporting to and supporting the Finance Manager, this role is responsible for:

  • Manage claiming processes (HCP / Support at Home/DVA/NDIS)
  • Manage private billing
  • Process and reconcile claims via PRODA
  • Perform regular reconciliation of claims, budgets, and funding to ensure accuracy
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies across systems and financial data
  • Maintain accurate client budgets, cost centres, and funding allocations
  • Ensure high-quality data integrity across systems (including Sandwai)
  • Work closely with Care Managers to ensure correct setup of new clients and budget changes
  • Support Accounts by ensuring upstream data accuracy (reducing manual adjustments)
  • Assisting with a range of finance functions including month end, data entry, daily banking, reconciling accounts and processing journals.
  • Analysing existing processes and technologies with a view of contributing to continuous improvement.
  • Responding to finance related queries from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Credit card reconciliations.
  • Follow up debtors and outstanding accounts.

Role requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in accounts payable/receivable related role.
  • Knowledge of Accounting software, Employment Hero, or eager to learn it.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and finance/payroll systems.
  • Experience using PRODA for aged care claiming (essential)
  • Strong understanding of HCP / Support at Home funding, claiming, and reconciliation
  • Experience in aged care or community care services
  • Experience with Sandwai or similar systems (highly regarded)
  • The right to work in Australia (Full Working Rights)
  • NDIS worker screening ID (Mandatory if successful)
