We are seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist to join our engineering firm in Perth, Western Australia. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and enhancing the overall client experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide information about services.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
