People, Culture & Corporate Services Coordinator

6-month contract on the Sunshine Coast, QLD

Looking for a broad HR role where you can learn fast, make an impact, and work closely with leaders?

We’re seeking an organised and proactive People, Culture & Corporate Services Coordinator to join our team on the Sunshine Coast for a 6-month contract with the possibility to extend. This is a great opportunity for an early to mid-career HR professional wanting hands-on experience across recruitment, onboarding, people processes, systems, and business support.

What you’ll do

  • Coordinate recruitment and onboarding from job ad to induction
  • Prepare contracts, position descriptions, and employee documentation
  • Maintain HR systems, records, and compliance documents
  • Support performance, development, and wellbeing processes
  • Help keep policies, procedures, and people processes up to date
  • Provide coordination support across office operations, assets, fleet, and internal teams

About you

  • You’re organised, detail-focused, and confident managing multiple priorities. You enjoy improving processes, supporting people, and working across a variety of tasks.

What you’ll bring

  • Experience in HR, people & culture, administration, coordination, or executive support
  • Qualifications in HR, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and business systems
  • Experience with Employment Hero, Litmos, or Culture Amp is highly regarded
