Bookkeeper

Description

Summary:

As our bookkeeper, you’ll support our business, advisers and clients by keeping the financial admin engine running smoothly: bank reconciliations, bill processing, cashflow visibility, entity bookkeeping, and clean reporting. You’ll be a key part of delivering a premium client experience, calm, accurate, proactive and trusted.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records
  • Processing invoices and payments
  • Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
  • Prepare reports
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting
  • Communicate with clients and 3rd parties regarding financial matters
  • Ensure privacy and confidentiality standards are upheld at all times
  • Maintain consistent internal processes, checklists, and timelines

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years bookkeeping experience (client/entity environment preferred)
  • Strong working knowledge of Xero (or equivalent) and Excel/Google Sheets
  • Confidence with bank reconciliations, coding, and monthly reporting
  • Comfortable coordinating with accountants and following structured workflows
  • High attention to detail without getting stuck in perfectionism
  • Professional communication style: clear, calm, and solutions-oriented
