Personal Injury Lawyer – Join a Leading National Law Firm
Longton Compensation Lawyers is seeking a motivated Personal Injury Lawyer with a minimum of 3+ years PQE to join our growing personal injury team in Chatswood, NSW. You will take ownership of a varied caseload. including medical negligence, public liability and motor vehicle accident claims. You will work closely with senior lawyers and Partners on high-quality cases and contribute to achieving positive client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage personal injury files in negligence, public liability and;
- Obtain instructions, request contemporaneous clinical records, prepare chronologies, obtain expert medical opinion, prepare briefs to counseland documentation for hearings and negotiations
Who We Are Looking For
- Admitted lawyer with minimum 3+ years PQE in personal injury field or litigation.
- Litigation and Court advocacy experience
- An ability to communicate with experts
- An eye for detail.
- Critical thinking in evaluating expert medical opinion
- Managing client expectations
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and legal processes
- Excellent communication, client service, and interpersonal skills
- Empathy, patience
- Clear and concise writing skills.
