Key Responsibilities
- Managing personal injury files, focusing on medical negligence claims from lodgment to resolution
- Conducting legal research and assisting with case preparation
- Supporting senior lawyers in negotiations and hearings
- Communicating clearly and effectively with clients and stakeholders
- Contributing to team efforts to manage and grow your caseload efficiently
- Bringing a positive attitude and practical judgment to problem-solving and case management
Who We Are Looking For
- 0 to 3 years PQE, with a genuine interest in plaintiff medical negligence law
- No specific experience in medical negligence required — just a strong work ethic, practical judgment, and a can-do attitude
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and grow
- Team player with a positive outlook and a desire to make a difference
