About the Role

As the first point of contact for new clients, you’ll play a key role in shaping your experience with Longton Compensation Lawyers.  From initial enquiries to booking consultations, you’ll ensure each client feels supported and informed throughout the process.

This is a people-focused role where care, communication, and organisation come together to create a positive start to every client’s journey.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Be the first point of contact for prospective clients, responding to incoming telephone enquiries and emails;
• Conduct detailed and compassionate intake interviews to gather key case information;
• Determine eligibility and suitability for representation based on firm criteria;
• Accurately enter and manage data in our case management system;
• Coordinate and schedule consultations or follow-ups for solicitors;
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold a high standard of client service;
• Provide updates to internal staff regarding client status.
