The Role
We’re looking for a full-time Project Services Lead to embed within our SAF project team, taking ownership of project controls across planning, scheduling, cost management, and reporting. You’ll coordinate multiple consultants, monitor performance, and provide guidance on strategic and operational project decisions – helping us deliver complex projects on time, on budget, and safely.
What You’ll Do
• Lead and ensure effective project control measures are executed across consultants and contractors.
• Provide expertise in cost, schedule, progress measurement, and change management to the Project Team.
• Review and endorse project schedules, progress reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Analyse trends, interrogate change requests, and support corrective actions and recovery plans.
• Coordinate preparation of weekly and monthly reports.
• Collaborate with leadership to drive strategic and operational decisions for SAF projects.
What You’ll Bring
• Extensive knowledge of project controls principles, theories, concepts, and tools.
• Hands-on experience with scheduling, cost control, estimating, and Monte Carlo analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and team collaboration skills.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in the Energy or Fuels Industry, specialising in project controls, cost, and scheduling.
• Preferred: Experience delivering projects end-to-end, including engineering and construction phases.
• Preferred: Experience managing projects across multiple contract types (e.g., Lump Sum, Unit Rate, Reimbursable).
