What you’ll do
We’re looking for an Enterprise SEO Lead to own and grow the national organic performance of
localsearch.com.au – a large-scale B2C marketplace and key revenue driver for the business.
This role is focused on improving rankings, traffic and visibility of high-value category and profile pages, directly impacting lead generation, client success and revenue. You’ll identify technical, structural and content opportunities, and deliver a commercially aligned SEO roadmap to drive measurable growth.
- Own and deliver a 3, 6 and 12-month SEO roadmap
- Improve national rankings and organic traffic across key categories
- Lead enterprise-level technical SEO (site architecture, crawlability, indexation, internal linking)
- Optimise high-value category and list view pages at scale
- Identify content and search intent opportunities
- Partner with Product, Engineering and Operations to implement improvements
- Report on performance and translate insights into commercial impact

- Improved rankings for priority national pages
- Growth in organic traffic to revenue-driving categories
- Measurable uplift from technical and structural changes
- Stronger indexation, crawl efficiency and overall SEO health
- Clear contribution to revenue growth and client retention
Who are you & what will you bring?
Required:
- 5+ years experience in Enterprise SEO
- Proven experience with large-scale B2C or marketplace platforms
- Strong technical SEO expertise (architecture, indexation, internal linking, schema)
- Experience working closely with engineering teams
- Commercial mindset with ability to prioritise by revenue impact
Nice to have:
- Experience in directory or high page-volume environments
- Familiarity with GA4, Clarity, AccuRanker
- CRO and/or AI-driven SEO experience
