LMG is seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist to join the marketing team, playing a pivotal role in accelerating brand visibility, broker acquisition and revenue growth. Role overview As the Growth Marketing Specialist, Asset Finance at LMG, you will report to the Head of Marketing, Asset & Commercial and work closely with the Marketing, Growth and Product teams to design and execute initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes. This role is focused on performance, optimisation and expansion – leading growth-focused marketing activity across digital channels, enhancing the broker acquisition journey, and identifying new opportunities to strengthen LMG’s position as the aggregator of choice for asset finance brokers. Key responsibilities – Deliver growth initiatives focused on broker acquisition and revenue – – Execute and optimise paid and organic digital campaigns to drive qualified leads – – Increase lead volume and quality to support recruitment targets – – Manage PR activity, media opportunities and thought leadership to strengthen brand credibility – – Develop impactful collateral to support Growth team recruitment efforts – – Improve funnel performance through testing and optimisation – – Analyse campaign performance and drive ROI improvements – – Strengthen LMG’s market position within asset finance – – Partner with Growth and Product teams to support commercial priorities and launches – – Optimise spend to maximise marketing return – – Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities Skills & experience – 3+ years’ experience in growth or performance marketing, ideally within financial services or a B2B environment – – Demonstrated success in driving customer acquisition and improving conversion performance – – Strong analytical capability, with experience interpreting campaign and funnel data to inform decision-making – – Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, paid media platforms, Google Analytics and SEO tools – – Experience implementing A/B testing and CRO initiatives. – – Commercially minded with a clear focus on measurable outcomes and ROI. – – Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally. – – Excellent written and verbal communication skills. – – Proactive, solutions-focused and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
