POSITION AVAILABLE:
Links Golf & Wellbeing is seeking a reliable and energetic Kitchen Hand to join our busy kitchen team. You will play a key support role, working closely with our Chefs to help deliver exceptional café, event, and dining experiences. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fast-paced environments, takes pride in cleanliness and organisation, and wants to grow within a professional kitchen.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic kitchen at all times.
- Operate dishwashing equipment and ensure all kitchenware is cleaned and stored correctly.
- Support smooth service by preparing ingredients, restocking stations, and handling general kitchen tasks.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and WHS procedures.
- Help receive, unpack, and rotate stock to minimise wastage.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and wider F&B team to ensure great service outcomes.
- Contribute to a positive, supportive, and respectful team culture.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in a similar kitchen support role (preferred but not essential).
- Understanding of basic food handling and hygiene standards (Food Safety certification advantageous).
