POSITION AVAILABLE:
Links Golf & Wellbeing is seeking the services of a Cook. The successful applicant will play an important role in our kitchen, working closely with the team to deliver exceptional cafe, event and dining experiences. You will be responsible for delivering a high standard of food quality and working within a small brigade of Chef’s and Kitchen Staff.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare, cook, and present high-quality meals across café, bistro, and golf-day menus.
- Maintain consistency in food quality, portion control, and presentation standards.
- Support smooth daily service during breakfast and lunch.
- Assist with menu preparation, specials, and seasonal offerings.
- Ensure all food is prepared in line with food safety, hygiene, and WHS standards.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen workspace.
- Monitor stock levels, rotation, and minimising wastage.
- Work effectively with the wider F&B team to ensure great service outcomes.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative kitchen culture.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 3 years in a similar role with restaurant or club experience.
- Current Food Safety certification.
