POSITION AVAILABLE:
Links Golf & Wellbeing is seeking the services of a Chef. The successful applicant will play a crucial role in our kitchen, working closely with the Head Chef to deliver exceptional function, events and dining experiences. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality and working within a small brigade of Chef’s.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Communicate effectively and contribute positively within a team-focused environment.
- Support the delivery of high-quality functions and events with creativity and efficiency.
- Stay up to date with current culinary trends, techniques, and best practices.
- Maintain strong knowledge of kitchen operations and adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Demonstrate passion for creating and delivering exceptional culinary experiences.
- Work flexibly across a 7-day roster, including evenings as required.
- Exhibit a positive attitude, openness to learning, and commitment to personal growth.
- Consistently deliver work of the highest standard through attention to detail and quality assurance.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team culture built on a shared enthusiasm for food and service excellence.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years in a similar role with function, events and restaurant experience.
- Culinary degree or similar certification.
- Current Food Safety certification.
