About the opportunity
We are looking for an Account Manager to drive sales growth across the NSW and
Victoria regions. This is a fully remote role and can be based in either New
South Wales or Melbourne.
Reporting to the Regional Manager – Australia, you will play a key role in growing Link’s presence across the Australian market. You will work closely with our Australian sales team and global colleagues to strengthen relationships with our dealer network, grow new business opportunities and support our customers to succeed.
This role combines business development, account management and industry engagement
across the motorsport and performance community.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Drive sales growth across the NSW and Victoria regions
- Identify and convert new dealer opportunities to expand our distribution network
- Build strong relationships with dealers, customers and industry partners
Dealer & Customer Support
- Champion the Link brand and support our dealer network with product and customer enquiries
- Ensure dealers have the tools, information and support needed to grow their business
- Maintain strong customer relationships and deliver excellent service outcomes
Marketing & Industry Engagement
- Support regional marketing initiatives including trade shows, motorsport events and sponsorship activities
- Work closely with the marketing team to promote Link products and build brand awareness in the region
Market Insights & Growth
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer needs
- Identify opportunities to expand Link’s presence and market share across Australia
About you
You are a motivated sales professional who enjoys building strong relationships and growing business opportunities. You are comfortable working independently while staying connected with a wider team.
You will bring:
- 3+ years’ experience in sales, account management or business development
- A proven ability to build relationships and grow sales through dealer or distribution networks
- Strong communication and customer relationship skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to work
- Experience in the automotive, performance or motorsport industry would be highly advantageous.
