Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our dynamic IT team in West Perth. This part-time permanent role is essential for supporting our sales operations, ensuring efficient processes, and enhancing customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate records, managing sales data, and assisting the sales team in achieving their targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and processing of sales orders and quotations.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
  • Coordinate communication between the sales team and clients to ensure timely responses.
  • Generate sales reports and provide insights to support decision-making.
  • Manage inventory levels and assist in stock control.
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and preparing presentations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a sales administration or similar role, preferably within the IT industry.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn.
