About the Role
We’re seeking Registered Behaviour Support Practitioners with a focus of Early Childhood who are ready to take the next step – either in a contractor capacity or as a permanent team member (If the right fit)
You’ll work alongside a transdisciplinary crew of passionate Behaviour Practitioners, Therapy Assistants, OTs, and Speech Pathologists – all working toward real, sustainable outcomes for participants and their families.
Key bits of the role:
- Develop and implement high-quality Interim and Comprehensive BSPs.
- Provide training and coaching to support teams and families.
- Engage in case discussions and collaborative planning (we love ideas!).
- Use your voice in shaping how behaviour support should feel – practical, positive, and participant-first.
- Enjoy flexibility: part-remote, part-hub, and fully human.

What You’ll Bring

Current registration as a Behaviour Support Practitioner under the NDIS Commission PBS Capability Framework
- We are specifically looking for someone with experience in working with / or has a background in Early Childhood.
- Strong understanding of Positive Behaviour Support, trauma-informed practice, and restrictive practice legislation.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- A collaborative, kind, and flexible mindset – the Lime Rainbow way.
