What you’ll be doing 

As our Commercial Parabroker, you’ll be the engine that keeps the deal process moving — combining analytical thinking with exceptional organisation and client care, you’ll be supporting the founder with client-driven solutions. 

• Assess client financials: Review business financial statements, cash flows, credit history, and growth projections. 

• Structure finance solutions: Match clients with the right lenders and structure tailored loan solutions, negotiating terms where needed. 

• Own the process: Manage deals from application to settlement — ensuring smooth lodgement, accurate documentation, and timely communication. 

• Ensure compliance: Identify potential risks and keep each deal compliant with regulatory and lender requirements. 

• Build lender relationships: Stay across lender products and credit policies to find the best possible fit for clients. 

• Support clients: Provide excellent service pre- and post-settlement, assisting with refinancing or reviews when required. 

• Keep us on track: Maintain CRM data, track pipelines, and prepare reports to keep the business informed and efficient. 

Who you are 

You’re a detail-driven professional who thrives on problem-solving and takes pride in getting things right. You bring both technical knowledge and heart to the job. 

• Minimum two years’ experience in commercial banking or support role assisting in credit analysis, loan packaging and/or processing. 

• Strong understanding of lender credit policies and loan structures. 

• Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented — you love process and precision. 

• Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and relational. 

• A natural curiosity and passion for finance.
