Lighthouse Foundation provides homes and therapeutic care programs to children and young people impacted by long-term neglect, abuse, and homelessness. Our focus is to create caring communities where kids can feel safe, form meaningful relationships, and begin to heal from traumatic experiences. For the past 35 years, our proven Model of Care has successfully transformed the lives of over 1,500 young people using a range of evidence-based strategies. We now educate and support Foster Carers in the same way, so that they too can take care of some of Australia’s most vulnerable children.
HOW WILL I HELP?
The Partnerships Coordinator is responsible for the effective management and coordination of Lighthouse’s corporate partnerships portfolio. This position plays a key role in protecting partnership revenue and supporting renewals and sustainable growth. The Partnerships Coordinator works closely with the Head of Partnerships, CEO and Marketing team to ensure partners feel valued, informed and connected to Lighthouse’s impact. This role offers an opportunity to work closely with senior leaders and corporate partners while developing expertise in purpose-led partnerships and social impact engagement.
Reporting to the Head of Partnerships, you will be responsible for but not limited to:
Partnership & Account Management: Act as the primary contact to build trust, manage agreements/renewals, track deliverables, and maintain accurate CRM records and invoicing.
Performance Indicators: Meet targets for partner retention, reporting quality, CRM accuracy, and sustainable revenue growth as per the annual work plan.
