Summary:

The Senior Positive Behavioural Support Practitioner plays a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals with complex needs. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualised Positive Behavioural Support plans based on comprehensive assessments.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to behaviour management.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of behaviour support strategies, making adjustments as necessary.
• Provide training and support to staff and stakeholders on Positive Behavioural Support principles and practices.

Qualifications:

• A relevant degree in psychology, social work, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Positive Behavioural Support or a similar role, ideally within the health and safety sector.
• Strong understanding of behaviour analysis and intervention strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
