THE OPPORTUNITY

The Cloud Configuration and Solution Specialist (CCSS) will play a pivotal role in leading the configuration, enhancement, and expansion of cloud-based service delivery platforms, including the ongoing development of the Genesys Cloud CX and Microsoft Power Platform (‘Unify’). 

This will involve close collaboration with key internal stakeholders, vendors, and the broader project team to ensure successful project delivery and the ongoing optimisation of cloud technologies across the organisation.

This role is full-time permanent opportunity, with hybrid working arrangements in our offices at Sydney, CBD.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the configuration and customisation of Genesys Cloud CX, Microsoft Power Platform and other relevant cloud platforms, ensuring they are fully utilised to realise organisational value and deliver benefits. 
  • Facilitate test and learn sessions for new configurations, ensuring successful outcomes and adjusting solutions based on feedback. 
  • Collaborate with business analysts, product managers and end-users to gather requirements, address concerns, and ensure solutions align with business needs. 
  • Serve as a key contact for technology partners, ensuring timely delivery, integration, and support during the cloud technology transition. 
  • Assess and address technology challenges such as remote working solutions, platform integrations, and more, by developing proof of concepts and innovative solutions. 
  • Lead and guide teams through complex technical issues, fostering a collaborative environment that values knowledge-sharing.
  • Provide expert advice and consultation on the use and development of cloud solutions, guiding teams to improve workflows and adopt new technologies effectively. 
  • Provide input to enable the creation of knowledge base articles which support end-users and the service desk in managing common queries and issues.   

ABOUT YOU

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience). 
  • In-depth knowledge of Genesys Cloud CX configuration, customisation and solutions (or similar cloud platforms). 
  • Understanding of remote working solutions and platform interoperability. 
  • Ability to identify, assess, and solve complex technology challenges, particularly around cloud-based systems and integrations. 
  • Experience in large-scale technology transformation projects, ideally within a cloud environment. 
  • Experience in supporting ongoing process improvements and optimisation within a BAU or post-project environment. 
  • Certifications in cloud platforms (eg, Genesys Cloud CX, Microsoft Power Platform) and expertise with coding / scripting (desirable). 
  • Familiarity with the requirements of not-for-profit or mental health-focused organisations (desirable).
