The Role:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Nurse to join our Clinical Care team, servicing the northern suburbs with a base in Unley. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference by supporting clients in their homes while contributing to the development of clinical governance and care standards.

As a Registered Nurse, you will:

Provide exceptional nursing care to clients, including wound management, medication administration, catheter care, diabetes management, and social support.

Conduct clinical assessments and develop tailored recommendations to meet clients’ care needs.

Ensure compliance with Aged Care Standards and clinical governance requirements.

Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation.

Work collaboratively with the Clinical Manager to enhance care processes and procedures.

Be part of an on-call roster to provide phone support as needed.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

A current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.

Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of contemporary nursing practices.

Proficiency with electronic medication management and clinical documentation systems.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

A passion for aged care and community nursing, with demonstrated experience in similar settings desirable.

A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel as required.
