Legacy Packing is now accepting EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST for the 2026 citrus season.
We are keen to hear from reliable, friendly and enthusiastic workers to help us sort, pack and stack fresh fruit at our production facility, located on Campbell Road, Cobram.
- Successful applicants will be required to work rostered shifts up to 5-6 days per week.
- We offer 6am starts. Shifts are usually 8-10hrs in duration
- Award rates plus penalties apply in accordance with the Horticulture Award.
- Work is available from June to March every year. Apply now and get your name on the list for early intake!
These positions mainly involve packing, grading and stacking citrus for domestic and export customers, but will include adhoc tasks including cleaning, sanitising, carton making and general production assistance. There are other roles that are available from time to time – such as quality control, grader / equipment operations, logistics support, labelling and team leadership – if you have experience, please reach out to see how you could fit into our team.
Previous experience is an advantage but not essential. If you have the right attitude, we will train you!
You must be
- Physically fit and capable of standing and moving for the whole shift. Work activities involve extended periods of standing, walking, bending and lifting.
- Reliable and honest. We build positive teams with great people.
- Able to work flexible hours when required to meet operational demands.
- Full Australian Work Rights (essential).
No accommodation provided. You must have your own accommodation and transport to and from work. Legacy Packing is located on the edge of town, with walking paths available from the main street right to the facility.
