Are you a proactive, detail-oriented sales support professional with a
passion for the shipping and logistics industry? We’re looking for someone to
be the engine behind our sales team – keeping things moving, clients supported,
and opportunities maximized.
About the Role
You’ll be at the heart of our commercial operations, supporting both
internal teams and external clients across our multimodal services. From
managing quotes and tenders to maintaining CRM data and nurturing customer
relationships – this role is about making things happen.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and respond to incoming sales enquiries
- Coordinate quotes, tenders, and rate requests
- Identify new business opportunities and support cargo growth
- Manage shipment execution and related operational tasks
- Onboard new customers and support key account activities
- Liaise with overseas principals and internal stakeholders
- Keep CRM systems and commercial databases up to date
- Distribute marketing content and sailing schedules
- Contribute to sales reporting, forecasting, and insights
- Participate in sales meetings and team collaboration
What You Bring
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience within shipping and logistics
industry
- Previous experience in Roll-on/Roll-off and Project/Breakbulk is
desirable
- Strong admin, coordination, and time-management skills
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
- CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Bonus points for: CW1, Zoho, or industry-specific software
experience
Qualifications
Tertiary qualifications in business, logistics, or supply chain are
desirable, but not essential for the right candidate.
