About the Role

You’ll be part of a talented and collaborative kitchen team delivering refined dishes that showcase exceptional seasonal West Australian produce—paired with Leeuwin Estate’s current and museum-release Art Series wines.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a quality, high-volume restaurant or bistro
• Strong skills in contemporary food preparation and presentation
• A positive, team-focused attitude
• Reliability and flexibility, including weekend availability
