Podiatry Services SA is a fast-growing, community-focused Allied Health provider, known for delivering high-quality Home Visit Podiatry across Adelaide. With new Support at Home contracts and a rapidly expanding client base, we’re looking for an experienced, tech-savvy Home Services Scheduling and Operations Coordinator to support our busy Home Visit team.
About the Role
In this pivotal role, you’ll ensure our clinicians are scheduled efficiently and our clients receive a smooth, positive experience. You’ll manage bookings, waitlists, and referrals, coordinate with internal teams and external providers, maintain accurate documentation, and contribute to improving scheduling systems and processes as we grow.
We also have new software being implemented and prepared for rollout, so we’re seeking someone who is confident with technology, enjoys working with data, and can help drive this transition smoothly.
Key responsibilities include:
• Analysing service delivery data and producing clear, accurate monthly reports for the Management Team.
• Managing waitlists, new referrals, bookings, cancellations, and reschedules.
• Providing monthly reporting on KPI trends – including waitlists, referral numbers, capacity, and service delivery performance.
• Working closely with the team to identify opportunities to improve and streamline scheduling systems and processes, especially as new software is introduced.
About You
• Experience in Allied Health, Aged Care, or community scheduling
• Highly organised, detail-focused, and confident across multiple systems
• Strong technical ability and comfortable learning new software
• Enjoys working with data, reporting, and performance metrics
• Great communication skills and knowledge of Adelaide suburbs
• Proactive, solutions-focused, and aligned with a supportive team culture
