As our IT Operations Lead, you’ll be part of a small, high-performing team responsible for keeping our systems running smoothly while contributing to exciting digital transformation initiatives.
About the Role
This is a critical role supporting the day-to-day operation of our IT environment. You’ll work across business systems, infrastructure, and user support—ensuring everything runs efficiently while helping drive improvements and innovation.
You’ll also partner closely with our Head of Digital and IT and external providers to deliver projects and enhance our technology landscape.
What You’ll Be Doing
IT Operations & Support
- Provide technical support and advice to staff across the organisation
- Maintain, troubleshoot and optimise cloud-based (IaaS & SaaS) systems
- Manage and resolve IT incidents and service requests efficiently
- Support hardware and device management across multiple sites
- Maintain documentation and contribute to internal knowledge sharing
- Liaise with external IT Managed Service Providers
- Manage the IT Asset Register
Projects & Continuous Improvement
- Contribute to and manage system and infrastructure projects
- Support testing, rollout, and user training for new solutions
- Identify opportunities for automation and improved processes
- Play a role in digital transformation initiatives, including the use of AI
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Build strong relationships with internal users
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
- Work collaboratively across teams, vendors, and stakeholders

About You
You’re a proactive, solutions-focused IT professional who enjoys working in a dynamic environment. You’re equally comfortable troubleshooting issues, managing projects, and building relationships across the business.
You’ll bring:
- 4+ years’ experience in a similar IT operations or support role
- Strong problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills
- A collaborative mindset and ability to manage competing priorities
- A genuine desire to learn and continuously improve
Technical Skills & Experience
- Microsoft 365 administration (certification highly regarded)
- Intune (device enrolment and application deployment)
- Ticketing systems (e.g. JIRA Service Management or similar)
- Experience with enterprise systems (CRM, finance, project tools)
- Working knowledge of network infrastructure
- Awareness of cybersecurity principles (desirable)
- Experience identifying and implementing automation opportunities
Other Requirements
- Ability to travel between our Sydney offices as required
- Ability to lift and carry up to 10kg and perform general physical tasks
