About the Role
This position within our Business Support Unit, is the perfect opportunity to develop your skills and provides a stepping stone into building a career in Property Management. This role provides on-the-job learning and mentoring from industry professionals. This opportunity will set the right candidate up for a successful career in property management.
This position is a full-time office-based position at either our Newcastle West or Belmont office.
Your key responsibilities will include;
- Supporting our client experience with incoming calls
- Greeting our owners, tenants and trades who visit our office
- Providing support to Property Managers in a range of functions associated with leasing and property management; and
- An opportunity to develop your skills and build your career.
About You
You will bring to the position
- Demonstrated focus on customer service
- An understanding of the importance of giving our clients the best experience possible
- Ability to handle a busy switchboard while remaining focused and calm
- High attention to detail, maintained in a fast-paced environment
- Superior communication skills with a focus on accurate messaging
- Ability to prioritise tasks to ensure deadlines are met
- High regard for personal presentation
- A passion for starting a career in property management and the required studies
- A current driver’s licence
- A Certificate of Registration and/or completion of Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (preferred)
