About the Role
This is a full-time, office-based role supporting our business operations. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients and visitors to our office, as well as provide high-level, professional administration support to our leadership team. This position is ideal for someone who brings experience in business support and thrives on providing excellent client experience, juggling priorities, and being a go-to person in a fast-paced environment. You will be instrumental in supporting operational effectiveness and client satisfaction.
Your key responsibilities will include;
- Being the first impression of Leah Jay for our clients and visitors
- Responding to phone and email enquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Providing accurate and timely messaging and task follow-up
- Delivering confidential administration support to our leadership team, including the General Manager
- Preparing reports and documentation
- Assisting with internal projects and office coordination
- Collaborating with internal teams to continuously improve service delivery.
About You
You will bring to the position
- A proven background in business or operational support, understanding the necessity of confidentiality
- Strong client focus and emotional intelligence
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of your work
- Confidence in priotising multiple competing demands, including handling a busy phoneline
- Professional presentation and a calm, proactive approach
- A current driver’s licence
- A Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence (desirable but not essential)
