Our restoration company has been specialising in Insurance Repairs for over 20 years. We have a dedicated team of skilled professionals and are offering an opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join us on a full-time permanent basis.

This role is perfect for an office allrounder who is looking to build on their career in administration. You’ll gain hands-on experience in a supportive environment while working with a professional and friendly team.

Centrally located in Beenleigh, our head office services Brisbane Metro, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, and Ipswich areas. Safety, Customer Service, Technology, and Quality are at the core of what we do – and you’ll be part of a company where no two days are the same.

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

  • Experience & Confidence: At least 2 years in a busy reception or admin role, with the confidence to handle high call volumes and a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional Phone Manner: You speak clearly, kindly, and professionally every time.
  • Self-Motivation: You can work autonomously, take initiative, and stay on top of your responsibilities without needing constant direction.
  • Tech-Savvy: You’re confident using computers, have intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office, and pick up new systems quickly.
  • Speed & Accuracy: Fast and accurate data entry is second nature to you.
  • Superb Organisation: You’re great at juggling priorities, staying on top of tasks, and keeping things moving smoothly.
  • Positive Attitude: You bring a friendly, can-do approach to everything you do.
  • Reliable & Accountable: We can trust you to show up, follow through, and take pride in your work.
  • Attention to Detail: You catch the small things that others might miss.
  • Empathy & Care: You genuinely enjoy helping people and know how to offer great service, even on a tough day.

(Previous insurance experience will be a bonus.)

Your day-to-day duties will include:

• Answering and directing phone calls

• Data entry and maintaining records

• Assisting with scheduling bookings and appointments

• Helping to manage incoming jobs and emails

• Supporting our assessors, technicians, and suppliers with general admin needs

• Processing incoming and outgoing mail

Additional Information:

• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm

• Location: Head Office in Beenleigh (full-time, onsite role)
