About the role

We sell fun and excitement and have an exciting opportunity to join our proud customer centric team!

We are currently looking for fresh new staff to join our small kitchen team and build a truly awesome offering. With a brand new kitchen in full operation and a mouth watering menu on offer (do we smell handmade PIZZA?!), Le Mans Entertainment is a destination not just for our amazing activities – but for our food offering too!

Reporting to the Kitchen Manager, this role will see you:

• Working closely with the F&B team to deliver a quality product
• Food preparation and service
• Operate fryers, grill and oven
• Clean and maintain a safe working environment
• Assist with general kitchen duties as required

Key Ingredients

• Previous Kitchen experience is preferred
• Must be available to work at any time on weekends and outside regular business hours – Friday, Saturday and Sundays are a must
• Sense of urgency and ability to work in a faced paced environment
• A team player and able to work closely with others
• You take ownership and work on continuous improvement
• Food Handlers Certificate is advantageous, however not essential
