We are a tech-enabled, human-centred claims business partnering with insurers, underwriting agents, brokers and corporate organisations to deliver smarter, faster and more transparent claims outcomes. As we continue to grow, we’re looking to connect with experienced Insurance Claims Consultants who are interested in working with us on a fractional / flexible basis.

About the opportunity

We are seeking expressions of interest from consultants who can support across a range of claims activities, including:

• End-to-end claims management (lodgement through to resolution)
• Liability and quantum assessment
• Stakeholder management (clients, insurers, legal representatives)
• Complex and sensitive claims handling
• Strategic input on claims approach and resolution pathways
• Contributing to continuous improvement in claims processes and client outcomes

Engagements may vary in scope and volume, with flexibility to align to your availability and expertise.

What we’re looking for

We’re keen to hear from professionals who bring:

• Strong experience in insurance claims focused on Financial Lines (including Cyber), Casualty and Property
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Sound judgement and commercial acumen
• The ability to work autonomously while staying connected to a broader team
• An openness to working in a tech-enabled, evolving environment
