Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Wills & Estate Lawyer to join our legal team in Kotara, New South Wales. This permanent, full-time position is essential for providing expert legal advice and representation in matters related to wills, estates, and succession planning. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients’ wishes are respected and their estates are managed effectively, contributing to the overall success of our firm.

Responsibilities:

• Draft and review wills, testamentary and other trusts powers of attorney, enduring guardian, general estate planning advice
• Estate administration, including probate, letters of administration
• Represent clients in estate disputes and litigation.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and support.
• Collaborate with other legal professionals and stakeholders as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or equivalent legal qualification.
• Admission to practice as a solicitor in New South Wales.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in wills and estates law.
• Strong understanding of relevant legislation and legal principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
