Summary:

The Client Services Officer plays a crucial role in providing exceptional support to clients within our TPD Team. Based in Kotara, New South Wales, this part-time/fulltime position is essential for ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for liaising with client’s and new enquiries relating to insurance claims in Superannuation, liaise with the insurer of the Superannuation and arranging for documents to be completed. The right candidate will be open to after hours work, 5-7pm and Saturdays.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing information .
  • Assist in managing client case files and documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Follow up and assist clients with documentation
  • Coordinate appointments and meetings between clients and legal professionals.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal procedures and services to provide informed support.
  • Support the legal team with administrative tasks, including data entry and record keeping.
  • Handle client feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Liaise with Superannuation funds and Insurance companies.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a client-facing role, preferably within the legal or professional services sector.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on client service.
  • Advanced phone skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using office software and legal management systems.
  • A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
