We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager (Projects) to join our team and drive the marketing strategy for upcoming residential developments.
About the Role
The Marketing Manager (Projects) will be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies across multiple residential developments from pre-launch through to project completion.
Working closely with the Development, Sales, and Brand teams, you will help position projects in the market, generate qualified buyer leads, and ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both strategic marketing planning and hands-on campaign delivery within the property development sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for residential developments from pre-launch through to project completion.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to guide project positioning, pricing, and target buyer segments.
- Plan and manage project marketing campaigns across digital, print, outdoor, and media channels, including project launches and pre-sales campaigns.
- Coordinate production of marketing collateral including brochures, websites, display suite materials, and advertising assets.
- Work closely with internal development teams, sales agencies, and external marketing partners to support project sales performance.
- Monitor campaign performance, manage marketing budgets, and provide regular reporting and insights to senior management.
About You
You will be an organised and commercially minded marketing professional with experience delivering campaigns for residential property developments. Including, but not limited to:
- Minimum 5 years marketing experience, with a minmum of 3 in the property industry.
- Experience in residential project marketing or property development, preferred.
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing or a related field.
- Experience managing external marketing and creative agencies.
- Strong campaign planning and project coordination skills.
- Ability to work across multiple developments and manage competing deadlines.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with social media marketing and design tools such as InDesign would be beneficial.
