About the Company
We are Australia’s largest privately owned housing maintenance company, delivering essential maintenance services to Public Housing and Community Housing providers nationwide. Our work supports the upkeep of critical government assets, and our reputation is built on accountability, quality outcomes, and operational excellence.
We are proud to be a delivery partner for a federal government–funded initiative aimed at improving energy efficiency in social and affordable housing, administered by State governments across Australia. The program has prioritised insulation upgrades in some of the country’s most climate-challenged and remote communities.
To date, we have successfully delivered energy efficiency upgrades to over 1,500 properties across multiple remote communities, with a further 950 properties awarded for delivery through 2026.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of this important energy efficiency program. - Oversee project financial performance, including cost forecasting, cost-to-complete, and variation management
- Ensure all works comply with contractual, legislative, quality, safety, and environmental requirements
- Lead and support project teams, providing clear direction, motivation, and performance oversight
- Maintain accurate project documentation, reporting, dashboards, and completion records
- Actively promote a Zero Harm culture and ensure WHS compliance across all project activities
- Provide high-quality advice and reporting to leadership as required
