As the Operations Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day planning, and execution of linehaul and express services across Western Australia. An opportunity for someone with a strong transport background to step into a visible and hands-on leadership role.

You’ll work closely with drivers, dispatch, and key stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency, compliance, and service excellence—while maintaining a strong presence on the ground.

Key skills and attributes:

  • Demonstrated experience in linehaul or heavy vehicle operations.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills, with a focus on route planning, and fleet utilisation.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to manage and support the growth of our drivers.
  • Commitment to customer satisfaction with a solution-focused, proactive mindset.
  • Ability to effectively plan trucks, trailers and drivers on daily basis to ensure we have the equipment to meet clients requirements
  • In-depth understanding of Chain of Responsibility (CoR), fatigue management, PBS/AMMS requirements, and NHVAS compliance.
  • Ability to manage incidents, coordinate fleet maintenance, and contribute to safety reporting and investigations.
  • Experience with transport management systems and dispatch tools
  • Solutions and results driven, including limiting cost and driving revenue for the division
  • Assist in the recruitment, training and ongoing development of valued team members
  • A strong safety-first mindset with a proven track record in creating a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Contribute to safety investigations and reporting in regards to incidents and damages.
  • Transport industry experience is essential.

Licences

  • MC Drivers Licence (Preferred not essential) must hold valid WA driver’s license
