The Role

We’re seeking a proactive Warehouse & Transport Officer to support warehouse operations, transport coordination, and logistics. Ensure smooth inbound/outbound logistics, accurate inventory management, and efficient documentation. This hands-on role involves receiving, unpacking, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods while maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant environment. Collaborate with the team, drivers, and freight partners to coordinate shipments, assist with transport projects, and resolve operational issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Documentation & Admin: Process and verify shipment paperwork, maintain accurate records, and prepare delivery dockets and labels.

• Inventory Support: Assist with cycle counts and stocktakes, record inventory, and report discrepancies or damages.

• Operational Support: Receive, unpack, inspect, store, pick, pack, and dispatch goods; maintain a clean, organised, and compliant warehouse.

• Communication & Coordination: Collaborate with the team, liaise with drivers, couriers, and freight partners, and provide updates on inventory and orders.

• Transport Coordination: Support projects team, review pricing, engage partners, and ensure accurate documentation.

• Safety & Compliance: Follow all WHS requirements, report hazards, and handle goods per company and industry standards.

Must Have

• Valid Driver’s Licence

• Forklift Licence

• CargoWise experience

• 77G Licence
