The Opportunity – Export Supervisor

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Export Supervisor to lead and manage our export freight operations across sea and air. This is a pivotal role for someone with strong operational experience in international freight forwarding who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.

In this role, you will:

• Oversee end-to-end export operations, including bookings, documentation, and compliance with Australian and international trade regulations.
• Liaise with shipping lines, airlines, transport providers, and government agencies to ensure timely, compliant movement of goods.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing export team, fostering a supportive and accountable culture.
• Collaborate with internal teams – import operations, sales, and accounts – to deliver seamless freight experiences.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing timely updates and proactive solutions.
• Monitor processes to identify risks, ensure compliance, and implement improvements to maximise efficiency.
