About Us

Kompozition is a forward-thinking Australian company helping organisations design and deliver complex systems more efficiently. We use a unique leading-edge digital engineering platform based on behaviour modelling language (BML) to help our clients understand and solve big, complicated problems—whether it’s in Defence, finance, or other industries.

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Technical Consultant to join our Customer Success Team, who will work directly with our clients to help them understand and use the Kompozition Digital Engineering platform. What You’ll Do

• Help clients learn how to use our Kompozition platform (training provided)

• Support clients in building and updating models that represent real-world systems

• Contribute to workshops, peer reviews, and stakeholder engagement activities to help clients define system needs and organise information

• Work closely with our team to ensure clients are getting the best outcomes

• Work closely with our internal teams to make sure client feedback helps improve our platform and approach

We welcome people from all walks of life—including those new to the tech or Defence industry. Our ideal team member is:

• Familiarity with systems thinking, modelling tools such as Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools, or process mapping

• An interest in technology, design, or systems engineering

• Previous Defence or Government experience
