Summary:

Knox Audiology is a busy hearing and specialist medical clinic with an outstanding reputation for service excellence and personalised care, which we have offered for over 30 years. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Wantirna, Victoria. This casual role is an excellent opportunity for a student or early-career professional looking to build practical experience in an allied health environment as part of a friendly and supportive team. This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys both behind-the-scenes operational support and front-facing client service

Responsibilities:

  • Data entry – maintaining accurate client records.
  • Digitising paper files – scanning and organising physical documents into electronic systems.
  • Stock management – assisting with monitoring and maintaining inventory levels.
  • Inter-clinic stock transport – coordinating and delivering stock between our clinic locations as required.
  • Reception support – greeting clients, handling incoming phone calls and scheduling appointments when needed.
  • Support the team in various administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • A current driver’s licence is required.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
