Knight Frank Valuation & Advisory are expanding the Tasmanian office, building on what is highly respected Residential and Commercial brand.
About the role:
You will be responsible for running the valuation firm in Tasmania. You’ll receive full support from our experienced team of valuers and business owners, but with the opportunity to expand, develop and explore new opportunities for the company as you see fit.
This is a hands-on, senior role – giving you the opportunity to take stake in our valuation licence, under the global brand of Knight Frank. It’s suited to someone who is ready to take the next step to ownership and wants to build for the long-term benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a mix of Commercial and Residential valuation
- Liase directly with Business operators, clients and agents.
- Manage your own client relationships and grow your professional network.
- Assisting in recruiting and developing graduate staff.

- Experience in commercial property valuation
- Strong financial modelling, research and analytical capabilities
